Purpose of Event

A win-win-win event...

Vendors/Providers have the opportunity to network with Hospital Case Managers, Social Workers and Discharge Planning support staff.

Hospital staff are able to gather resource information, while obtaining Continuing Education Credits.

Proceeds from the booth fees will be used to support low income patients in need.

CEU's: 1 CEU credit has been approved by CCMC for Case Managers and this is an approved body for Oregon Social Workers

11:30am Address to Vendors by Case Management Staff

11:30am - 1:30pm Case Management Registration & Networking

1:30pm Vendor Tear Down

Deadlines: CEU posters are due December 15. View Examples Of Past CEU Posters

Registration Fees:

$200 for Marketing only (1/2 table)

$100 for CEU poster presentors & Marketing (full table)

$25 for Community Resource Table (Brochures only on 1 shared table)
