Purpose of Event

A win-win-win event...

• Vendors/Providers have the opportunity to network with Hospital Case Managers, Social Workers and Discharge Planning support staff.
  
  
• Hospital staff are able to gather resource information, while obtaining Continuing Education Credits.

• Proceeds from the booth fees will be used to support low income patients in need.

CEU's: 1 CEU credit has been approved by CCMC for Case Managers

11:00am Set-up, Vendors arrive at 10:45 for drop off

11:30am State of the Union/Greeting, by Case Management Staff

11:30-1:30 Event, Vendor Fair (lunch provided for hospital staff)

• HALF Marketing tables $150 (only about 3ft due to space limits)
• CEU poster presentors $75 (and plan to have your poster printed*)
  *we have a referral for a printer than can create and print your poster for $75
